Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, Inc. Resource Center provides rent and utility assistance to qualified households when funds are available. Donors and Grantors have specific criteria that must be documented for us to disburse funds to anyone requesting assistance.
This financial application enables us to efficiently match funds we have available to those who are need.

HUD Income Guidelines
First Step: Prescreen
Please call our offices to complete a prescreen. This is the first step in being evaluated for assistance.
Second Step: Evaluation and Notification
After submitting your application, it is reviewed by Resource Center staff. If you meet basic criteria and funding is available, you will be contacted to set up an appointment to see a case manager within 3 working days. If you are not eligible, you will be contacted and, if appropriate, information and a referral will be provided regarding other options you may want to consider.
Third Step (if applicable): Meet with a Case Manager
When you meet with a case manager, you will have the opportunity to discuss your situation. You will be required to bring in documentation. They will assess your situation and help you develop a basic budget and a plan to help you remain stable in your housing. Based on your eligibility and ability to meet funding guidelines, you may qualify for financial assistance for rent, deposits, and/or utilities.
Fourth Step (if applicable): Receive Funding
If you meet with a case manager and funding is identified for you, payments will be made directly to your landlord and/or utility company.
