The Treasure Coast Homeless Resource Center provides
assistance based on available funding.

Currently, The Resource Center has funding only for the following services:

Homeless Prevention: Rent and utility assistance funds are available for low- income individuals and families who are facing eviction because of a sudden loss of income.

This assistance is short- term and individuals seeking assistance must provide information about their ability to remain in housing after this assistance is provided.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program: The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council has purchased 14 rental properties through a partnership with Indian River County through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. 9 homes will be rented to very low income households (at or below 50% of AMI), 5 properties can be rented to individuals at or below 120% of AMI. This program is for individuals who have sufficient income to maintain rent and utilities. Applications are available online and at our offices during regular business hours.
