The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, Inc. (TCHSC) administers the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

Member agencies interested in using our HMIS system (Clienttrack) should contact the Executive Director.

Members in the Continuum are encouraged to utilize the HMIS. It helps reduce duplication of services and measures the effectiveness of our continuum to meet the needs of the homeless.

Agencies can utilize this tool to measure the number of services provided and the effectiveness of their programs.
